TEAM GO DIGITAL SERVICES, S.L. who may also be referred to as “TEAM GO”, We” “Us” or “Our”, is committed to ensuring respect for the fundamental rights of natural persons («data subjects») to privacy and to the protection of their personal data processed by it when performing its tasks and providing its services.

Personal data are processed under the responsibility of SUPP agency, acting as the TEAM GO’s delegated data controller.

Personal data are processed by SUPP agency’s employees. It may also be processed by other Team Go’s employees on a strict need-to-know basis.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND TO WHOM IS IT DISCLOSED?

Personal data may be accessed, disseminated and processed only on a strict need-to-know basis, by the authorised EPO staff and third-party service providers. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

In order to enable us to respond more promptly and precisely, please include “data protection” as the subject of the email and provide certain preliminary information with your request.

When there are reasonable doubts regarding your identity, you might be asked to provide a copy of a document, which help us to verify your identity. It can be any document such as your ID card or passport. Should you provide any other documents, personal details such as your name and your address should be in clear in order to be able to identify you, while any other data such as a photo or any personal characteristics, may be blacked out.

Our use of the information on your identification document is strictly limited: the data will only be used to verify your identity and will not be stored for longer than needed for this purpose. 

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects will be stored only for the time needed to achieve the purposes for which it is processed.

For Users who contacted us for any enquiries, WE will collect and process the User’s personal data for as long as the relationship continues and, if applicable, until the User withdraws the consent provided for data processing.

When the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected, and as long as there is no contractual or legal requirement for the data to be stored, it will be blocked until such a time as it can be deleted.
